Our secret weapon

Łukasz Tync, PhD

ENTREPRENEUR, MANAGER, RESEARCHER, INVESTOR (SINAPI, FLASK ONE)

I am a business pragmatist combining the highest corporate standards with entrepreneurship, science and continuous growth.

For almost 20 years, I have been building bridges between the needs and goals of corporate business and IT potential. Thanks to extensive knowledge of Enterprise Business Application systems and organisational business processes throughout a variety of industries, supported by academic knowledge and managerial skills, I obtained a unique, broad perspective helping me to deal with the toughest challenges of my customers.

Accidentally, VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) occurred to be an important theme of my professional and academic career. Two companies I have co-founded and managed (Sinapi and Flask One) support their corporate customers to embrace VUCA in very special niches (like Enterprise Business Application governance or task management in a highly uncertain and diverse environment).

My PhD thesis addressed similar challenges in project portfolio management and particularly in Global ERP Rollout type of programmes. I am also beginning my adventure as an early-stage/angel investor. PhD in Management, a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice (major in Informatics in Economics), the Canadian Université du Québec (Project Management accredited by PMI) and the Tischner European University in Krakow (Human Resource Management).
